PHOENIX– Scottsdale is a hot spot for foodies to taste culinary mastery from some of the world’s best chefs.

Now, Arizona food fans can mark their calendars for the year 2021 when celebrity chef and Food Network star Giada De Laurentiis opens two new restaurants in the Caesars Republic Scottsdale, when the building is completed.

De Laurentiis’ two restaurants, Luna by Giada and Pronto by Giada, will include a new concept: her signature Italian fare created with California influences.

In a press release, HCW, a real estate property development company, announced both will feature “a robust wine list artfully crafted from new- and old-world wines.”

Luna will be the headline restaurant of the building, while Pronto will be in a more casual environment.

The restaurants will be De Laurentiis’ fourth and fifth restaurants.

The 11-story hotel will be the company’s first non-gaming resort in the United States and is being built near the corner of Goldwater Boulevard and East Highland Avenue.
