PHOENIX — A new breakfast spot is popping up in Chandler.

Eggstasy, which has three locations in Scottsdale, is venturing to the East Valley, opening its first Chandler store.

The grand opening takes place Aug. 24 at 2430 S. Gilbert Road, with food items including lemon ricotta pancakes, stuffed brioche French toast and chicken chilaquiles.

“We refuse to take shortcuts in preparing fresh, quality meals for our guests,” Peter Verros, Eggstasy founder, said in a press release. “Expect outstanding service, delicious food and great value every time you visit.”

The best part?

In honor of the new Chandler location, Eggstasy is holding a “Golden Pancake” contest.

Two guests from the four stores in the Valley will be randomly selected from the first 100 customers at each location starting at 6:30 a.m.

Much like “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory,” the winners will receive a lifetime supply of pancakes at any of the breakfast joints.

For more information on the restaurant and the new location, visit Eggstasy’s website.
