Scottsdale named the top market to rent in the nation

PHOENIX — Scottsdale was ranked as the top market for renting in a personal finance website’s ranking.
WalletHub ranked Scottsdale as the No. 1 rental market among 182 others.
Scottsdale received a total score of 64.20.
Scores were given based on 23 key measures of attractiveness and two main dimensions including “quality of life” and “rental market and affordability”.
In addition to taking the top spot on the overall list, Scottsdale also ranked first in “quality of life.”
Gilbert (4), Chandler (6) and Peoria (7) were also named top-10 in both the overall list and the “quality of life” ranking.
