Dental implant center signs on as Chandler Viridian’s 1st medical tenant
PHOENIX – An award-winning East Valley mixed-use development is getting its first medical tenant.
Dental implant center ClearChoice will open its second Arizona location in the Chandler Viridian complex, real estate firm Hines announced Tuesday.
With ClearChoice signing a long-term lease at the property adjacent to Chandler Fashion Center, the first floor of the six-story Offices at Chandler Viridian is completely full.
“Hines is thrilled to welcome our first medical office use to Chandler Viridian,” Chris Anderson, senior managing director and Arizona leader for Hines, which owns the building, said in a press release.
“The mixed-use environment with a high-quality office building, multifamily, hotel and retail offerings has generated much interest from a variety of possible tenants in recent months.”
The dental center, which is expected to open in August, will join architecture and consulting firm Stantec and coworking space Workuity in the building, which opened in January and is Chandler’s tallest multi-tenant structure.
“This innovative property will be an ideal location to connect with the community and provide patients with world class dental expertise and compassionate care,” Kevin Mosher, CEO of ClearChoice Management Services, said in the release.
The office building is part of the 25-acre Chandler Viridian master plan development, which also includes a Cambria hotel, luxury apartments, dining and shopping venues and public space.
In March, Hines was a two-time winner – for mixed-use project of the year and speculative office of the year – at the 2019 Best of NAIOP Arizona Awards.
ClearChoice, which operates in more than 20 states, has an existing location near Desert Ridge Marketplace in north Phoenix.
