PHOENIX — Valley residents are soon to have another option when it comes to filling their caffeine fix.
Arizona-based Press Coffee has announced its plans to open The Roastery, a roasting facility and cafe in mid-July.
“We are thrilled to welcome the community into our new flagship location,” Press Coffee said in a press release. “The Roastery allows us to share with the public our love for coffee and how we make it.
“We hope this iconic building and our passion for the seed to cup process will be something Arizona can be proud of for years to come.”
The Roastery will be the the company’s eighth location in the Valley, with coffee shops in Chandler, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe.
The 5,600 square-foot, two-level roastery will sit at Shea Boulevard and 32nd Street, with the layout providing guests the opportunity to see the roasting process in action.
The second floor will accommodate at least 30 customers for private events and will also hold coffee classes.
In addition to coffee, the menu will give guests the choice of beer, wine and liquor.
