PHOENIX – Developers held a groundbreaking ceremony for a luxury condo community in north Phoenix last week and revealed additional plans for the project.

The Luxe, a $145 million development, will be built on Deer Valley Drive between 52nd and 56th streets, near Desert Ridge Marketplace.

Fewer than 10 of the 30 homes in the first phase remain available, The Statesman Group said in a press release.

During Friday’s groundbreaking ceremony, the Scottsdale-based developer announced that sales would begin next month on the 35-unit second phase.

The single-story condos with two or three bedrooms will range from 1,632 to 2,281 square feet and be priced from the mid $700,000s.

The units will be wired for smart-home technology, and the grounds will feature a clubhouse, two outdoor heated pools, an outdoor kitchen with barbecues and a fitness center.

In addition, concierge and lifestyle directors and a member services liaison will provide services for residents.
