Gila River Hotels & Casinos to attempt world record for largest bingo game

PHOENIX — Gila River Hotels & Casinos in Phoenix is attempting to break a world record for the largest game of bingo on April 25.
This event will commemorate Gila River’s 25th anniversary, according to a press release.
Gila River is attempting to break the Guinness World Records for largest set of bingo balls and largest bingo card.
The event will include 75 colorful, four-foot bingo balls and a 20-foot by 20-foot bingo card.
The giant bingo will take place in the west parking lot of Lone Butte, located on Pecos and Kyrene roads.
The game will start at 9 a.m. and those who want to participate in giant bingo can register at 7:30 a.m.

Only the first 200 people who register and are 21-and-up can play.
Participants have a chance to win a luxury suite and VIP experience at an Arizona Diamondbacks game, or $2,500 in free bonus play at Gila River’s casinos.
