PHOENIX — A winning $150,000 ticket for last Saturday’s Powerball drawing was sold in Maricopa.
The ticket was sold at the Good 2 Go gas station at John Wayne Parkway and Honeycutt Road, according to an Arizona Lottery spokesperson.
The ticket had a base winning of $50,000 for matching four of the five numbers but was tripled because it matched the PowerPlay number.
Saturday’s Powerball numbers were 24-25-52-60-66 with a Powerball number of 5.
It’s the second drawing in a row a ticket worth $50,000 or more was sold.
A $50,000 ticket was sold in last Wednesday’s drawing, according to the Arizona Lottery website.
Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot has jumped to $750 million, which would be the fourth-largest in U.S. history.
