PHOENIX — Get ready to laugh, Phoenix.

Comedian, actor and writer Nick Offerman is back on the road with his All Rise comedy tour, and he’s making a stop in Phoenix.

On Dec. 13, the former Parks and Recreation star Offerman will grace the Celebrity Theatre stage with what has been billed as “an evening of deliberate talking and light dance that will compel you to chuckle whilst enjoining you to brandish a better side of humanity than the to which we have grown accustom to” by the comedian.

“My aim in this undertaking is to encourage my fellow Homo Sapiens to aim higher in life than the channels of consumerism would have us imagine,” Offerman said in a release.

Kicking off in Thackerville, Oklahoma, the tour makes 37 stops, including shows in San Francisco, New York City and Cleveland before wrapping up in San Diego on Dec. 14.

Tickets, ranging from $49.50 to $69.50 plus fees, will go on sale Monday at 10 a.m.

And don’t worry about leaving the kids at home as all ages are welcome to attend.

We want to hear from you.
