PHOENIX — Need some space for storing your classic car or flashy hot rod?

Luxury garage concept Toy Barn announced that construction on its new location next to the Scottsdale Airport was completed earlier this month.

Toy Barn is a storage facility for vehicles, where owners can purchase “condos” for their cars and boats.

“Toy Barn is truly unlike any other facility of its kind,” David Sellers, CEO of general contractor LGE Design Build, said in a press release.

“The Valley is a hotbed for collector cars, and we know Toy Barn will make a welcome addition for the lucky owners of the facility.”

According to Toy Barn’s website, the Scottsdale garage has already sold eight out of 17 units.

There are two other new garages in the works: one in Chandler and one in north Phoenix near Cave Creek and Lone Mountain roads, right next to an existing location.

Toy Barn’s other existing location is near Cave Creek Road and Tatum Boulevard.

All garages offer climate-controlled storage compartments with high ceilings, access to plumbing and electricity, 24/7 owner access and a clubhouse where owners can meet and have meals.

We want to hear from you.
