Going to the Fiesta Bowl? Arrive early to avoid Loop 101 traffic

PHOENIX — PlayStation Fiesta Bowl spectators can expect heavy traffic along the Loop 101 heading into State Farm Stadium on Tuesday morning.
The Fan Fest pregame party starts at 7:30 a.m., and the Louisiana State University Tigers will take on the University of Central Florida Knights at 11 a.m.
Fans can purchase $40 parking passes for the lots around the stadium. There is also parking available at Westgate Entertainment District for $10 and Tanger Outlets for $20.
The Glendale Police Department urged fans to arrive to the stadium from 7-9 a.m. to avoid congestion.

Police also recommended fans read over the stadium’s clear bag policy to ensure smooth entry.
Backpacks, purses and diaper bags are not allowed. Clear plastic bags and small clutch purses may be allowed depending on size.
