Small plane crash in Lake Pleasant, both passengers expected to survive
PHOENIX — A small single-engine plane crashed into Lake Pleasant on Saturday afternoon, but both passengers were expected to be survive.
Officers responded to reports of a plane crash just after 1 p.m., according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
MCSO deputies respond to reports of a single engine plane that went down at Lake Pleasant in the water just after 1pm. MCSO Lake Patrol Deputies located two adult males that were onboard the plane at the time of the crash, both males were treated for minor injuries. pic.twitter.com/ufOyK0TdTD

Lake patrol deputies were able to help the two passengers out of the water and on to boats.
The passengers, both men, were treated for only minor injuries.
