Vehicles crash, roll over, land on roofs on State Route 51 in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Two vehicles collided, causing a rollover and leaving wreckage across a Phoenix freeway early Friday.
The crash on southbound State Route 51 near Cactus Road forced drivers to exit at Shea Boulevard starting around 5:15 a.m.
Both vehicles came to a stop on their roofs.

A lane opened around 5:45 a.m. and traffic was able to get around the clean-up and highway patrol vehicles.
Shortly after 6 a.m. all lanes were cleared.
No other details were immediately available.
