PHOENIX — Ever wanted a house fit for European royalty, with a bit of Southwestern flair?
If so, you’re in luck.
A 6,054-square-foot home in Phoenix’s Biltmore Circle Estates is on sale for just under $3.2 million, according to Zillow.
The massive house includes four bedrooms and five bathrooms and was built in 2002.
Photos show high ceilings with large ceiling fans and a spacey backyard pool with a built-in hot tub.
The house was listed for sale in January 2017 for just under $4 million and has since dropped in price.
According to public record, spinal neurosurgeon James Lynch and architect Caroline Dooley purchased the home in 2008 for $3.2 million.
