PHOENIX — Donald Trump is set to return to the Valley to campaign for Senate candidate Martha McSally — but it won’t be the president.

Nearly two weeks after his father held a rally in Mesa to stump for McSally and other Republican candidates, Donald Trump Jr. will visit the Phoenix area Thursday.

The news was first reported in Politico’s Playbook, which said there will be three events.

McSally’s campaign confirmed that there would be a rally in Sun City but didn’t provide further details. An Eventbrite page showed that the rally would begin at 11 a.m. at the West Valley GOP Office.

Kimberly Guilfoyle, Trump Jr.’s girlfriend and former Fox News personality, will also make the trip to Phoenix.

The elder Trump held a rally at the International Air Response at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport on Oct. 19, where he talked about Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, immigration, jobs and more.

Trump and McSally also participated in a roundtable discussion with defense industry executives and local business leaders at Luke Air Force Base in the West Valley. U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross, Rep. Tom O’Halleran, Rep. Debbie Lesko, a Boeing official and others were also in attendance.
