PHOENIX — A multiple-vehicle accident that included a truck taking flight and landing on top of a car, ended, remarkably, without injuries, first responders in Arizona said.
Everyone was wearing seat belts in the Sunday wreck in Prescott, Yavapai County authorities said in a Facebook post.
A woman driving a white truck told Prescott firefighters that a black truck bumped her as both headed north. The woman, who was alone, lost control of her truck and veered into southbound lanes.
From there, she smashed into a black car. The impact was so strong the truck flipped and launched into the air before dropping onto and partially crushing a red sedan.
Prescott Fire Department paramedic engineer E. Conrad Jackson said there were two people in the red car, one in the black car and one in the black truck, who took off.
Police asked that anyone with information about the accident call the station at 1-928-777-1900.
