MEXICO CITY (AP) – Alba Mora Roca, an international multimedia and documentary producer from Catalonia, Spain, has been named to the newly created position of interactive producer for the Spanish Service of The Associated Press.

She also won the 2010 Silver Palm award at the Mexico International Film Festival for her feature documentary “A Mexican Toy Story.”
She received her bachelor of arts in audio-visual communications from Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, and a master’s of journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, Graduate School of Journalism.
“We are excited to add an interactive producer to our Spanish Service and to bring Alba’s talent to the new job,” said Latin America Regional Editor Marjorie Miller.
