PHOENIX – A home for sale in a tony Phoenix suburb will be quite the catch for someone with big bucks to spend.
Arizona Cardinals receiver Larry Fitzgerald has put his Paradise Valley spread on the market for $5 million, the Los Angeles Times reported this week.
The house near 68th Street and Indian Bend Road has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms, for starters, which is easy enough to do with 9,132 square feet to play with on 1.92 acres, according to Realtor.com.
The property, which has been on the market for about a week, includes a 12-car garage, guest house, two pools, a batting cage, putting green, a movie theater and a wine room with space for 1,200 bottles.
Fitzgerald, 35, has spent his career with the Cardinals, who drafted him out of Pittsburgh in 2004. The 11-time All-Pro has said he would only play for the Cardinals and considered retirement after last season.
The home was built in 2001; the Times said one-time Phoenix Sun Rodney Rogers sold Fitzgerald the house in 2008 for $3.5 million.
