CORRECTION: Tables on racial attitudes
Oct 29, 2012, 6:39 PM
WASHINGTON (AP) – A table posted on surveys.ap.org showing results of the survey used to assess anti-black attitudes incorrectly indicated that 18 percent of respondents believed President Barack Obama to be Jewish. That figure is less than 1 percent. The numbers saying “Muslim,” “some other religion,” “no religion,” and “don’t know” were displayed in the wrong rows. The correct results have now been posted on surveys.ap.org. The incorrect numbers were not contained in the story that moved on Saturday, Oct. 27.
