A Paradise Valley house is on the market for $13.4 million.

The 14,458-square-foot, eight-bedroom, nine-bath home with a guest and staff house is located at 5837 N. Palo Cristi Road.

The home has stone and wood flooring and three fireplaces. The garage holds 14 cars.

Extra features include water fountains, an imported grand staircase, marble fireplace surrounds, polished marble floors, gold fixtures and custom cabinetry, according to a release.
