Two Phoenix officers injured after altercation in 7-11 parking lot

PHOENIX — Two officers with the Phoenix Police Department were injured Tuesday after being involved in an altercation.
Capt. Rob McDade with the Phoenix Fire Department said the two officers suffered minor injuries.
Neither of the officers were identified. They were both transported to a local hospital.
The altercation occurred in the parking lot of a 7-11 convenience store near 33rd Avenue and Bell Road.
It is unclear how the altercation occurred.
A civilian also suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
