PHOENIX – A popular restaurant chain based in Scottsdale announced it will open two new locations in the Valley later this year and into next.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, Square One Concepts announced a new Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers location in Peoria would be opening later this year, along with one in Scottsdale in early 2019.

The location in Peoria will be the first for the city and second for the West Valley. The Glendale location opened last year.

“This will be another special west side location for Cold Beers & Cheeseburger in Peoria,” S. Barrett Rinzler, president, founder and CEO of Square One Concepts said in a statement. “The Glendale location has been so popular we knew we needed to expand in the West Valley to reach more of our supporters.”

There is not a set opening date for Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers’ Peoria restaurant, which will be located at the Park West shopping center near the intersection of Northern Avenue and Loop 101.

The Scottsdale location opening early next year will be at the Pima Crossing Shopping Center near the intersection of Shea Boulevard and Loop 101.

There are currently 10 Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers locations, nine of which are in the Valley and the other in San Diego, California.
