Jackknifed truck slows drivers on Interstate 17 in Phoenix

PHOENIX — Three lanes of blocked traffic on Interstate 17 North in Phoenix slowed down drivers Wednesday morning after a truck towing a back hoe jackknifed.
The 6:30 a.m. accident closed disrupted the way to Indian School Road and took about two hours to clear.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said for a time only the high-occupancy vehicle lane was open.
No other details were immediately available.
