Tucson man arrested, charged with luring minor in Florence

PHOENIX — A 39-year-old Tucson man was arrested after driving to Florence to have sex with someone he believed was a 14-year-old girl, police said.
Alejandro Telles began talking to Pinal County detectives on Tuesday. An investigator, posing as the female minor, told Telles he was 14-years-old.
Telles was “quite explicit and inappropriate” during the conversation, according to the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.
“Within hours of that conversation starting, Telles was driving up to meet our undercover detective,” the release said.
Telles was booked on one count of attempted sex conduct with a minor and one count of luring a minor.
