Three Arizona restaurants make Yelp’s top-100 places to eat list

PHOENIX — Three Arizona restaurants were ranked in the top-100 places to eat in the country by Yelp.

Little Miss BBQ in Phoenix ranked second on the list while Mesa’s Green Corner Restaurant and Phoenix’s Ten Handcrafted American Fares and Spirits made it to 85 and 100.

“We broke the top 10 this year!!!! [Little Miss BBQ] ranked second in the nation on Yelp’s Top 100 this year. Crazy! Thanks everyone for your amazing support, reviews and friendships,” Little Miss BBQ said on its Facebook page

The BBQ restaurant had made the list previously in 2016 and 2015 when it ranked 13th and 10th for those years.

“We are on yelps top 100 restaurants in 2018 all thanks to you!! Thank you for your continued support and love!” Green Corner Restaurant said to its Facebook followers.

Little Miss BBQ cooks its meat in the style of central Texas. It is served on butcher paper with jalapenos, pickles, white bread and onions.

It is found between 40th and 44th streets on University Drive.

Green Corner Restaurant is a family-owned Mediterranean-style eatery that offers fresh organic foods. Their menu has everything from gyros and kebabs to shawarma and baba ghannoug.

Green Corner is on Southern Avenue and Alma School Road.

Ten Handcrafted American Fares and Spirits is restaurant and bar that has Midwest classic foods and a number of specialty cocktails.

Ten is located on Camelback Road and 24th Street.
