PHOENIX — A Tempe bar will send University of Arizona Wildcats fans packing Thursday during the rivalry basketball game with the Arizona State University Sun Devils.
In a tweet, the College Bar and Grill said its policy was zero-tolerance and would be strictly enforced.
“This is Tempe, not Tucson,” the tweet read. “Don’t bring that mess into our place. We reserve the right to ask you to leave for the benefit of a safe, positive experience for our patrons.”
The bar is located near College Avenue and Fifth Street, and is the closest such establishment to Wells Fargo Arena, where Thursday’s game will be played.
People wearing Wildcat gear will not be allowed in, while those cheering for the team will be told to leave.
Those wearing neutral colors to the bar will be asked to sing the ASU fight song to get in the door.
It seemed the business was prepared for any Wildcat fans who may try to sneak in.
Here are the fight song lyrics for you to memorize by tomorrow if you'd like to try. You will be recorded and shared on our social media! #GoDevils pic.twitter.com/ZiAue4OJNb

Thursday’s game is a key matchup for both ranked teams.
No. 25 ASU will be looking to keep itself in the NCAA March Madness bracket conversation, while a No. 17 Wildcats win could inch them up in the national standings and earn them a better seed.
The game also represents a big step for ASU head coach Bobby Hurley, who has yet to beat the rival school to the south in five tries.
