PHOENIX — Selling your home?

You may want to learn more about a “new-way” real estate brokerage geared to save home sellers thousands of dollars per transaction.

The company, Homie, announced this week they have expanded into the Phoenix market and the business expects to save home sellers an average of $10,000. The company, which launched in 2015, is based in Utah.

The expansion to Phoenix marks Homie’s first business outside the state of Utah.

“To deliver on that promise in our Utah market, we combined technology with personalized service—providing customers with a simpler, more transparent process and some pretty dramatic savings,” Johnny Hanna, Homie CEO and co-founder, said in a press release.

…Homie’s motto is, ‘We’ve got your back.’

Our customers used the technology to handle much of the transaction themselves and they loved the savings. But they also wanted some hand-holding to make it through tricky negotiations, contracts, and closings. I’m excited to now share this model with home buyers and sellers in Phoenix.

Homie charges a $1,498 fee to start, helps in price-setting and lists your home. The process includes online ads and having your property professionally photographed.

This year, the company plans to expand to other markets and promises transparency and expert help throughout the selling process.

We want to hear from you.
