KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. Stories air each weekday on KTAR at 7:27 a.m.

• An indoor adventure park will be opening in the West Valley in the summer. Urban Air Goodyear will be located near Estrella Parkway and McDowell Road. The trampoline park will include dodgeball courts, obstacle courses and more. Urban Air, which already operates a site in Phoenix near 48th Street and Ray Road, will hire 60 people for the new place starting in spring.

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona is holding a healthy-meals ideas contest for kids. Would-be chefs ages 9 to 12 have until Jan. 24 to submit recipes online for the challenge. Five finalists will be invited to present their recipes at a Phoenix Suns home game in February.
