The patient, a student at Yale University, was hospitalized at Yale-New Haven Hospital on Wednesday night, running a fever. The unidentified student had been in Liberia for a month, studying the outbreak, the paper reported.
Another student also made that trip and is being monitored.
The hospital posted a statement on Facebook:

We are working in cooperation with City, State and Federal health officials. There is no further information available at this time.
