Man straps jet engines to himself, flies across the land

Normally strapping jet engines to yourself is not a good idea.
It was for one man who fulfilled his dream of flying across the land in a wingsuit powered by jet engines in late July.
Getting the needed height by riding in a hot air balloon, one man put on his “Iron Man style Jet Boots” as he called it, and jumped out of the balloon.
He descended for a bit before powering the jet engines, and he was flying, literally, from there.
Everything worked out great in his favor and he landed safely. Excited, and probably adrenaline-filled, but safe.
