• A popular Valley-based Asian restaurant has expanded to Great Britain. The Phoenix Business Journal reports P.F. Chang’s has opened in London. The Scottsdale-based fast-casual dining chain has 300 restaurants in the U.S. and 23 other countries.

• Days after losing more than 20,000 pounds of food because of a broken freezer at its Mesa facility, the United Food Bank has received a $5,000 donation from Walmart. The money will go toward repairing the freezer and replenishing the food stock.
