PHOENIX — A longtime fast-food chain will be unveiling a new design, which an eatery in Phoenix will get to see first.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the McDonald’s in Arcadia near the cross-section of 32nd Street and Indian School Road will get the new interior design first.
The location will open Friday, with a grand opening set for Aug. 12.
According to the Journal, the new scheme is called Alphabet and “uses black and white crafted alphabet letters and food illustrations in picture frames; the lobby interior will feature black, white, yellow and natural wood colors; zoned seating areas with a variety of seating types; lower lighting levels in the dining area utilizing pendant fixtures; and free Wi-Fi.”
The Journal reports McDonald’s declined to disclose the cost of the new design and construction.
