Phoenix among test cities for new Chick-fil-A menu items

PHOENIX — The restaurant chain Chick-fil-A will be testing out some new menu items, and Phoenix is one of the cities that will be part of it.
People reported that Chick-fil-A, which has nearly 2,000 locations, will be rolling out a combo deal that includes an entree, two sides and eight mini rolls. The entree is meant to feed a family of four and can be either 30 chicken nuggets, 12 chicken strips or four chicken breasts. That deal is $29.99.
For sides, customers can choose between mac and cheese, a fruit bowl, baked beans, salad or a “superfood” side.
Other locations for the new menu items besides Phoenix include Greensboro, North Carolina and San Antonio, Texas. They’ll be tested through Nov. 18.
