Peoria police searching man who allegedly took photos up woman’s dress at Target

PHOENIX — Police in a Phoenix suburb are searching for a man who allegedly took photos up the dress of a mother shopping at Target.
The Peoria Police Department said the crime happened at the store near Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley parkways on March 6.
Police said the suspect walked into the store and through the children’s area before attempting to take a photo up the woman’s dress in the grocery section.
One of the victim’s children pointed out the suspect to her. She then confronted him.
The victim called police, but the suspect was escorted out of the store by employees before officers arrived.
The suspect is a white man who is 20-30 years old. He stands 6 feet tall and has a medium build. He has blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black fleece jacket, blue jeans and a black baseball cap.
The suspect was driving a white 2010-2013 Chevrolet Tahoe that had five-point chrome rims with black edges.
