PHOENIX — Two restaurants are opening this fall at Arizona State University’s Scottsdale Innovation Center, SkySong, located at McDowell and Scottsdale roads.
According to the Scottsdale Independent, New York Bagels ‘N Bialys and the craft cocktail bar and restaurant, Bitters, will be joining a $5 million multiple-restaurant development complex.

The bagel restaurant will serve breakfast and lunch and a bar will also be available. Bitters will have specialty cocktails and a large selection of beer and wine.
“Our vision for SkySong and south Scottsdale’s food and beverage amenity is in full bloom and we’re excited to welcome these new restaurants,” developer David Wetta of Wetta Ventures said in a press release.
The SkySong innovation center is home to office buildings, apartments, tech companies and ASU programs.
Other business tenants located at the center are Groupon, Ticketmaster, Century Link and more.
The City of Scottsdale and the ASU Foundation for a New American University founded the SkySong project in 2005 and the first buildings were opened in 2008.
