Main Street Minute: Scottsdale to break ground on upscale shopping center

• Scottsdale is getting another upscale shopping center. The city gave the go-ahead to the Palmeraie near Scottsdale and Indian Bend roads. Ground will break later this year with completion expected in 2019.
•The Glendale Police Department is recruiting for officer candidates. The last day to apply is April 9.
