Main Street Minute: Phoenix Children’s Hospital makes list of great workplaces

• For the fourth year in a row, Becker’s has named Phoenix Children’s Hospital among the top 150 health care places to work. The medical facility at 19th Street and Thomas Road is the only Arizona hospital to make the list.

• Alaska Federal Credit Union shelled out $17 million for a building in Glendale. The Phoenix Business Journal reports the two-story, 185,000-square-foot property is near the company’s other buildings around 55th Avenue and Bell Road.

• Belmont Village Senior Living is holding a job fair Wednesday, interviewing for licensed practical nurses. The event runs from 12:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. near Thunderbird Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
