Keeping the cabin clean in a swaying cargo ship isn’t so easy

Life is a mess when your room frequently gets shaken about.

It’s unavoidable when, like YouTube user Edward Rex Nantes, you’re living in a cabin of a cargo ship. To hammer that fact home, Nantes posted a video of his room aboard a ship that, as ships do, rocks to rough seas on a daily basis.

First, a top-heavy table falls across the floor. Then, the refrigerator and shelves fly open as their contents fly all over the room. As the ship sways, everything on the floor moves back and forth.

None of it all seems to phase the cabin’s occupant, who is reading in bed before finally deciding to pick up the mess.

What can you do when you’re a human at sea? Not stress over the minor inconveniences is one thing.
