The laughs are coming to ASU Gammage this February.
Paul Rodriguez will headline and Cheech Marin will host the Loud Mouth Comedy Roadshow at Arizona State’s Gammage Auditorium on Saturday, Feb. 18. The duo will be joined in Tempe by comedians Erik Rivera, Marcella Arguello and Nick Guerra.
Marin and Rodriguez first worked with one another as stars in the 1987 movie “Born in East L.A.” and teamed up 15 years later to film the comedy show, “The Original Latin Kings of Comedy.”
Rodriguez has appeared in more than 45 films and is also a writer, director and producer. Marin, of course, is most well-known for his role in the Cheech and Chong movie series; he’s appeared in over 20 movies and as a guest has been on numerous other television shows and sitcoms.
The others coming to the Tempe show are fresher faces in the comedy world.
Rivera has made himself known in the New York comedy scene and has toured nationally. Arguello is most well-known for her appearances on the Comedy Central show @Midnight but has also appeared on Viceland’s Flophouse and NBC’s Last Call with Carson Daly. Guerra appeared on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and debuted on Comedy Central.
Tickets to the Feb. 18 event in Tempe can be purchased through ASU Gammage’s website or at Ticketmaster.
The event begins at 7:30 p.m. and VIP passes included a meet-and-greet after the show.
