Have a product to sell, but don’t know where to find customers?
A free workshop at the Glendale Public Library can help.
Chief city librarian Michael Beck says all aspiring business owners can attend Tuesday night’s session at the main branch. They’ll learn, among other things, how to get a business plan down on paper to just one page.
“Walk through your idea, see if you can identify any potential revenue streams or customer bases,” he said.
The workshop’s in conjunction with Arizona State University’s Entrepreneurship Outreach Network. Beck says “Startup School” participants will have a networking opportunity too. Class begins at 6:00 and goes through 7:30.
The workshop is one of six the Glendale Public Library’s offering through February. They’ll be held every third Tuesday of the month and are open to the public. For more information, you can call Michael Schor – college, career and business librarian – at (623) 930-3549.
