Main Street Minute: Over 80 companies to meet with job seekers in Valley

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday on KTAR at 7:27 a.m.
• More than 80 companies are hiring for more than 5,000 jobs Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Mesa Convention Center. Representatives from Norwegian Cruise Line, Preferred Homecare, Whataburger, the city of Yuma, internet marketer Yodle and others will be on hand.
• Tuesday is National Sausage Day and a Valley pizza joint is getting in on the celebration. Fired Pie is offering half off sausage pizza with the purchase of any drink at any of its 15 locations.
