Main Street Minute: Job fair set for Phoenix area, barbecue eatery expands to Mesa

KTAR’s Main Street Minute focuses on local businesses that are hiring, opening and hosting events across the community. These stories air each weekday on KTAR at 7:27 a.m.
• Grand Canyon University, Chase Bank, Fry’s Food and Legal Shield will be some of the companies at a job fair Tuesday in the West Valley. The career event runs from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Renaissance Glendale Hotel.
• Popular west Phoenix barbecue spot Bobby-Q has opened a second location, this one on the other side of the Valley. The new restaurant is in Mesa, near U.S. 60 and Stapley Drive.
