Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office looking for vehicle involved in possible hit-and-run

At approximately 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning, witnesses saw what they believe to be a white hatchback type vehicle hit a walking pedestrian on Main Street just east of 79th Place. The type of vehicle has yet to be confirmed by officials.
Reports indicate that the pedestrian suffered numerous broken bones from the accident, however is expected to make a full recovery.
Currently, the Sheriff’s Office does not possess any information regarding the vehicle or the suspect behind the wheel.
