A new biomedical campus may be coming soon to Tempe.
According to Phoenix Business Journal, negotiations have begun with a development team to build a biomedical campus.
The team brought forth a project for five buildings that would total roughly one million square feet. That’s not including two parking structures, which would total 2,500 spaces. There would also be other additions such as restaurants and trails connecting certain areas of the space.
The biomedical campus is expected to be built by 2026 and would employ nearly 4,000 people.
