Main Street Minute: Sales jobs available at event, new community to be built in Peoria

• There’s a big sales, business development and marketing job fair Tuesday night in Phoenix. It runs from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Phoenix Airport near 48th Street and University Drive. Job seekers should arrive no later than 6 p.m., bring plenty of resumes and wear business professional attire.
• Shea Homes just shelled out more than $11 million for over 70 acres in the West Valley. Shea plans to build 135 single-family homes in its newest community, Trailside South, near 93rd Avenue and Happy Valley Road in Peoria. The homes will range in size from 2,800 to 4,800 square feet.
