Sandy causes facade of building to fall off

A four-story building was left without a facade as Sandy made landfall on Monday.

The building, located at 8th Ave between 14th St. and 15th St. is near Chelsea in New York City.

Sandy was downgraded from a hurricane to a post-tropical storm shortly before making landfall.
