• Sauce Pizza and Wine kicks off a two-day job fair Monday at its north Phoenix location. It runs from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Monday and Tuesday at Sauce’s location near Happy Valley Road and the Interstate 17. Available positions include cooks, cashiers, servers and more.
• A new ice cream shop and market opens Monday in central Phoenix. Splurge and Luci’s at the Orchard debut Monday in Phoenix near 12th Street and Glendale Avenue.
• The Earnhardt Auto Group opens the first Chevy franchise in its 65-year history Monday. The dealership is located at Arizona Avenue and Warner Road in Chandler.
