Bomb threat at Baton Rouge airport

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) – The terminal at the Greater Baton Rouge Metro Airport has reopened about three hours after authorities evacuated it because of a bomb threat.
Airport spokesman Jim Caldwell says the terminal reopened at about 7:20 p.m. Thursday. At about 4:30 p.m., someone called authorities indicating a bomb was at the airport.
The terminal and parking garage were evacuated and a perimeter was set up around the airport to keep people out. Authorities say passengers on a plane that landed just before the bomb threat waited on the aircraft.
Caldwell says the airport had resumed normal operations.
