GERMANTOWN, Pa. (AP) – Police in eastern Pennsylvania say a collision between a car and a tow truck hauling a box truck has killed five people and injured a sixth.
State police Cpl. Mark Rowlands says the collision happened Thursday afternoon on a rural road in Heidelberg Township.
Rowlands says the car ran a stop sign and was hit by the tow truck. All four occupants of the car died, as did the truck’s driver.
Rowlands says the tow truck’s passenger has been hospitalized.
