SEATTLE (AP) – Lawyers for a Seattle couple accused of drawing welfare benefits while living in a million-dollar waterfront home say the two will plead guilty next Wednesday in federal court.
The seattlepi.com reports (

The two were charged Tuesday with felony theft of government funds. They’re accused of embezzling more than $115,000 in benefits from 2003 to 2011 from the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
